The Flying Canoe Festival celebrates local history and the magic of a long winter night. Inspired by the legend of La Chasse-galerie d'Honoré Beaugrand, this event showcases the culture and traditions of the First Nations, French-Canadian and Métis peoples and celebrates the beauty of the Mill Creek ravine and the new Francophone Quarter in Edmonton. Bundle up and come to experience the Mill Creek ravine like you've never seen it! If you get a little chilly, we'll have all kinds of warm stuff set up inside la Citi Francophone.
